Hi, I’m Barbara Cleveland — the licensed agent behind 

Your Plans Advisor.

I started this business because I saw how confusing and overwhelming health insurance has become, especially for people who don’t have big HR departments backing them. Whether you’re self-employed, between jobs, or just trying to make sure your family is protected without breaking the bank, I’m here to help you sort through the noise and find what fits.

You won’t find call center scripts or pressure tactics here. I’m local to Florida, licensed in multiple states, and work directly with the top carriers offering ACA, Medicare, life insurance, and group benefit options. I stay current on what’s changing — so you don’t have to.

I treat this like a real relationship — not just a transaction. If I wouldn’t recommend something to my own family, I won’t recommend it to you. My goal is to simplify the process, explain your options clearly, and help you feel confident in your decision — not confused or rushed.
